Everas Screen Time Challenge

It is no secret that cell phones have become an integral part of most people’s day. From instant access communication through text messaging to entertainment and social media, it is easy to lose sight of how much time we spend on our phones.

The Everas Screen-Time Challenge is a voluntary, friendly competition between programs that encourages staff agency wide to adopt healthy screen time habits and avoid problematic ones like experiencing the need to constantly check your cell phone or spend so much time scrolling social media that other important parts of your life become neglected.

This will be a team challenge, which means your home program/admin department will work together and compete in the following categories:

Overall Lowest Average Screen Time
Most Improved Team
Most Participation by Program

Each week, individual participants will submit screenshots of their screen time. The results will be recorded and tallied along with team members (all participants

How To Participate

Step 1: Log your screen time once a week using the Google Form. It is important to choose the same day and time each week to screenshot your screen time on your phone.

Step 2: Encourage your coworkers to participate and check the leaderboard each week to see how your team is doing!
